3. Entry by personalised code
Entry to the building is by computer monitored, personalised customer access code only.

4. Exclusive access to your personal storage area
The steel door(s) to your allocated storage room(s) is/are secured with your own padlock(s) for which there is only one key – yours. This ensures you have complete control over who enters, so only you (or someone you nominate) can access your belongings or goods.

5. Well-lit areas with intercom links
For your personal security and peace of mind, all storage area and corridors are brightly lit and there are intercoms or telephones on every floor, to enable customers to contact members of our staff should they have any difficulties.

6. Comprehensive insurance
In the highly unlikely event that your stored items are lost or damaged, while in our care, we offer comprehensive insurance at competitive rates.
